Narissa Wright
Narissa Wright is the founder of Chosen Consulting, part of I Am Chosen — a purpose-led company helping churches become healthier from the inside out.
With a deep passion for church health, and organisational systems, Narissa works with faith-driven leaders to strengthen ministries, streamline operations, and lead with purpose.
Narissa developed the CHOSEN Framework as a practical roadmap for church transformation — from vision alignment to operational systems, team empowerment, and long-term growth.
She didn’t set out to build a consulting business — but after repeatedly seeing churches stretched thin, she knew something had to change. Chosen Consulting was born out of that burden: to build churches that don’t just survive, but serve well.
Outside of consulting, Narissa is a mother, wife, and devoted believer, passionate about helping leaders step fully into their calling.
